Meet the Georgia Climate Digest Video Series Host, Climate and Environmental Justice Activist Eriqah Vincent

In this interview, we’re excited to introduce the host of this series, Eriqah Vincent. 

With over fifteen years in environmental, climate, and social justice non-profit work, Eriqah first became involved with Drawdown Georgia as an advisor on the Climate Solutions & Equity grant program

Eriqah is a consultant and advisor to the movement in various ways including currently serving on the boards of two organizations:

  • The Southeast Climate and Energy Network, an organization committed to building a powerful, inclusive, diverse, and interconnected Southeastern climate movement

  • Girl + Environment, a national community dedicated to sharing educational resources, tools, and information that ignite enthusiasm and active participation among Black and Brown young women and non-binary individuals in the realm of climate and environmental justice. 

She previously managed the Just Energy Portfolio at Partnership for Southern Equity and was the Co-Executive Director of Power Shift Network, where she managed the network’s engagement and leadership development programs for their 120+ member organizations.
